How long before I'll notice any improvements?

I didn’t start to feel better or notice any improvements for about four or five weeks after I started the protocol. This is normal.

Also, once I started Stage 2, I actually felt a little worse before I felt better. This was probably caused by two factors:

  1. Stage 2 uses strong medicines that can make you feel more exhausted. That is why I recommend taking them just before going to bed, which can also help with sleep.
  2. The process of eliminating the virus remnants in Stage 2, usually causes a Herxheimer effect, where the toxins released during the virus removal can flood the bloodstream faster than the liver and kidneys can remove them. This is also normal.

By the end of week six, I slowly started to feel more energy and my symptoms started to decrease. After that, I was starting to feel progressively better each of the following weeks, until I fully recovered.

It took about six more months for some of my Covid-related injuries to heal after my active Long Covid symptoms were gone.

What is Long Covid?

My hypothesis is that Long Covid is an active autoimmune-like reaction primarily due to the Covid S1 (spike) and N (Nucleocapsid) protein virus remnants still remaining in the body post infection. These virus protein remnants persist in the body due to a malfunctioning immune system caused by the Covid infection as well as a damaged gut microbiome and chronic stress.

While Long Covid is active, the body is dealing with major inflammation and other issues due to being bombarded with mast cells like histamines and cytokines, as well as autoantibodies that may be responsible for fibrin amyloid microclots that can further damage your brain, heart, and other organs, and can also clog up your blood vessels.

This over-reactive immune response is likely responsible for several of the Long Covid symptoms.

It is extremely urgent to stop this over-reactive immune response by addressing the root causes of Long Covid, especially the elimination of the Covid virus protein remnants and repairing the immune system.

All in all, I posit that there are eight main factors of Long Covid:

  1. Covid-19 Virus Remnants Remaining in Body along with a possible Epstein-Barr virus reactivation.
  2. Malfunctioning Immune System
  3. Overreactive Immune Response & Hyper Inflammation
  4. Post-infection Residual Injuries to Body and Major Organs
  5. Brain & Neurological Issues
  6. Depletion of NAD+, Key Nutrients and Energy Reserves
  7. Buildup of Covid and Immune System Toxins
  8. Body De-conditioning and Loss of Stamina

Some people also ask if there is a difference between an active Covid infection, and Long Covid? There's a huge difference.

Active Covid infection:

  • When you test positive for Covid you have an active infection and you are very contagious and can infect others.
  • The Covid virus is trying to infect every cell in your body and anybody else who you get near.

Long Covid:

  • Not an active infection.
  • Not contagious and therefore cannot infect other people.
  • Is an overreactive immune response to Covid virus protein remnants still remaining in the body which probably cause the majority of Long Covid symptoms.

What does the protocol do and not do?

I can report what the protocol did for me.

What it did do:

  1. Completely eliminated all the symptoms typically associated with an overreactive immune response and the hyperinflammation in my body
  2. Eliminated all the symptoms typically caused by fibrin amyloid micro clots
  3. Completely eliminated exercise and exertion intolerance
  4. Completely eliminated my depression anxiety, and brain fog, and lost memories
  5. Completely eliminated my headaches, chest pains hair loss, shortness of breath, racing heart, high blood pressure

What it did not do:

  1. Magically repair organ injuries and damage. While I believe the nutrients in the protocol especially the NAD+ supplementation  has helped my body heal a lot faster than it normally would have, some of neurological injuries have taken several additional months to heal.
  2. Automatically get me back in shape from lack of exercise and overall body deconditioning. I had to work up my body, to back in shape, which has taken several months.

Can this protocol reverse damage to the body or brain caused by either the initial Covid infection or Long Covid?

No.

The protocol can help eliminate the virus protein remnants and overreactive immune response, replenish depleted nutrients and NAD+ levels, and lower your body’s inflammation, which all contribute to faster healing.

But some bodily injuries may be permanent or take time and therapies beyond the scope of this protocol to heal.

How do you know whether the Protocol was able to completely remove the Covid virus protein remnants from the body?

There is currently no way to measure this. I am unaware of any available commercial test that can identify whether you have the S1 or N protein remnants still in your body or not.

The evidence I want to see is a blood test that shows positive for the presence of the spike protein with Long Covid patients, and negative after they’ve truly eliminated it. But no test like that exists yet for public commercial use i.e., Quest Diagnostics, that I’m aware of.

I had to determine whether or not the protocol successfully eliminated the spike protein by monitoring my level of exertion and whether that impacted my symptoms or caused a relapse.

My experience is that once I finished the twelve-week protocol, I no longer had any relapses or any autoimmune-like symptoms at all, and no amount of exertion or stress was triggering one anymore.

It felt like the bulk of the virus protein traces were removed from my body about 2 weeks after starting the “Eradicate Virus Remnants” part of the protocol. I felt even better after I stayed on it for the remaining 4 weeks. But I believe the duration of the “Eradicate Virus Remnants” regimen depends on the “viral load” or quantity of virus remnants remaining in your body after the initial Covid infection.

Six months after completing the protocol, I’m 100% back to normal, working full-time, playing in several music bands, hiking, etc.

Why does the protocol seem so complicated?

Research is showing that Long Covid is a very complex disease that affects multiple body systems, organs, pathways, and processes.

And the suspected root cause of Long Covid which is the reservoir of virus remnants (predominantly the RNA S1 (spike) and N (nucleocapsid) proteins) that remain in the body for weeks, months or years after the initial Covid infection... are extremely difficult to completely and thoroughly eliminate.

And these virus remnants appear to attack the body, attach themselves, and even replicate using different biological mechanisms depending on the area and process in the body, and your underlying health conditions.

To successfully overcome all these obstacles, the protocol requires a synergistic teamwork of broad-spectrum medicines to cover and address all these different biological mechanisms.

The complexity of the protocol enables it to fully deactivate the autoimmune-like symptoms and virus activity and eliminate the remaining virus traces from all the places they tend to “hide” in the body.

The complexity of the protocol is also why it can eliminate Long Covid in usually just 6 weeks, rather than several months.

Through ten months of trial and error and researching the biological effects of many dozens of supplements, I finally discovered this combination that fully eliminated my Long Covid.

I envision a day when recovering from Long Covid could be managed with a simple course of a few compressed tablets.

But in the meantime, this is what worked for me. I know that it is very complex. However, if following it helps heal your Long Covid, I am sure the hassle of mixing and measuring everything will have been worth it. It was for me.

Isn't removing the virus protein remnants from your body all that's really needed for me to heal from Long Covid?

Answer: Ultimately the answer is “yes,” but many of the other factors must also be addressed in order to accomplish that successfully.

For example:

  • If your immune system is malfunctioning, it must be healed via the “Repair Immune System” regimen.
  • If your NAD+ and/or CoQ10 levels are low, especially if you're over the age of 50, then you probably need to rebuild your NAD+ levels via the “Replenish & Heal Body” part of the protocol.
  • If you have bodily or brain injuries from the initial Covid infection and/or Long Covid, then you need to take the proper nutrients via the “Replenish & Heal Body” part of the protocol, so that those can heal as quickly as possible.
  • If you're dealing with full body inflammation or inflammation in the brain, then it's critical that you do the “Deactivate Hyper-Immune Response” part of the protocol to immediately lower your body and brain inflammation.
  • If you have neurological damage, significant brain fog, neuropathy, then it's important to do the “Recover Brain” part of the protocol.
  • If you are experiencing active autoimmune-like symptoms, such as headaches, exhaustion, lung burn, brain fog, etc., you should probably do the entire protocol.

How do I know that this protocol will help me?

I don't really know. But if you had some of the same symptoms I had, there's a good chance it might help you too.

I'm not comfortable doing the psilocybin portion of the protocol. What will happen if I don't do the microdosing?

Your brain and neurological issues may never heal properly. Psilocybin is the only known substance so far that has shown effective neurogenesis and neuroplasticity capabilities in healing brain damage, depression, anxiety, neuropathy, and other neurological issues.

What has changed for you since you healed from Long Covid?

  • I'm more energetic and I have more deep-body energy reserves than Pre-Covid.
  • I tend to feel things more deeply than before, as though I am more emotionally connected. I suspect this is from microdosing with Psilocybin.
  • Having Long Covid was a very humbling experience due to being disabled and being dependent on others, which has made me more compassionate.
  • Having fully recovered from Long Covid makes me feel like I get a second chance on life. It feels like I get to do it “right” this time, to focus on the things that are meaningful and important to me, to follow my heart.
  • It gave me purpose, like I need to share this protocol with the world, so that everyone suffering from Long Covid can heal as fast as possible.

What can I do to prevent from ever getting Long Covid again?

There’s probably no way to guarantee that from happening. But here are my recommendations:

If you get reinfected with Covid, I highly recommend that you take the following immediately based on the latest science:

  • Paxlovid (prescription required)
  • Metformin (prescription required)
  • Melatonin 5 mg before bed
  • Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) 50 mg before bed
  • Saline Sinus Rinse - Twice a day
  • Xlear Nasal Spray - Twice a day

Also, if you get reinfected, I recommend doing the protocol again for at least six weeks after you recover to immediately eliminate any potential remaining virus traces and ensure Long Covid doesn't come back again.

Otherwise, I maintain my health as follows:

  1.  I do my best to keep my gut microbiome as healthy as possible. I believe this helps balance the immune system, which helps prevent the spike protein from persisting in the body in the first place. I do this by continuing being on the “Replenish and Heal Body” regimen that includes: Myovite®, Probiotics, Chaga and Turkey Tail mushrooms, Ashwagandha, Ginseng, Curcumin, CoQ CoQ10, Alpha-Lipoic Acid and Zeolite.
  2. I ensure to keep my NAD+ levels maximized using either Nicotinamide Riboside or NMN, along with Pterostilbene.
  3. I maintain a healthy Mediterranean diet with little or no added sugar.
  4. I exercise and walk several miles a day

All of the above seems to be working effectively. When I became infected with Omicron in June 2022, I recovered immediately in about three days and have had zero lingering effects.
