For the pills and capsules, I use two seven-day pill boxes that have the days of the week printed on them. That way I only fill them up once a week. Here’s what I used: https://geni.us/tXQk
Use one of the pill boxes for the pills you take with the morning/lunch protein shake and use the second pill box for the dinnertime pills. I labeled the morning box “AM” using a Sharpie marker pen, and “PM” for the dinner pill box.
Here’s the daily routine I used to take all the supplements:
Take the Zeolite first thing in the morning before anything else and wait at least 60 minutes (ideally two hours) before consuming anything else.
Brew a cup or pot of Cistus Incanus tea.
Make a shake/smoothie in the blender for lunch; this could also be done for breakfast or dinner, but I found lunch to be most practical for me. Add:
- 5 Defenders Mushroom complex powder (weeks 1-10: 1 teaspoon, weeks 11+12: 2 teaspoons)
- Agaricus Blazei mushroom (1 scoop or 2000 mgs)
- Cordyceps mushroom (1 scoop or 1500 mgs)
- 0.5 grams psilocybin: (Weeks 1-2: three times a week, Weeks 3-10: once a week)
Drink the shake while also taking the “AM” pills and capsules:
Before or during dinner take the “PM” pills
At least an hour after you last ate, and at least an hour before taking the night-time powders, drink the Zeolite (weeks 4 + 10 only) and the EDTA (weeks 11 + 12 only)
Shortly before getting ready for bed drink the following either as a shake or mixed in water:

Notes on Psilocybin:
Get the psilocybin in powder form or grind it up in a coffee grinder. Take 0.5 grams or one pinch of the powder – what fits in-between your thumb and finger (make sure fingers and thumb are completely dry to avoid too much sticking to your fingers) and place that in the blender.
Since the dose of psilocybin is so small it can be taken at almost any time. I found it best to be in nature and/or while meditating or writing.
If you have significant brain fog, depression and/or anxiety, or feel like there’s still some minor injury to your brain, you probably want to keep taking it for three days in a row (three days on, four days off) for longer than the first two weeks, and then follow that with the once-a-week regimen.
Note: Many countries including the USA have archaic laws making possession and use of psilocybin illegal. While these laws are slowly changing as the astounding medicinal benefits of psilocybin are being discovered and research studies are proving, it’s important to be aware of the laws in your country, city, and region.
