How to Best Take the Supplements

Here’s the daily routine I used to take all the supplements:

For the pills and capsules, I use two seven-day pill boxes that have the days of the week printed on them. That way I only fill them up once a week. Here’s what I used: https://geni.us/tXQk


 Use one of the pill boxes for the pills you take with the morning/lunch protein shake and use the second pill box for the dinnertime pills. I labeled the morning box “AM” using a Sharpie marker pen, and “PM” for the dinner pill box. 


Here’s the daily routine I used to take all the supplements:


Take the Zeolite first thing in the morning before anything else and wait at least 60 minutes (ideally two hours) before consuming anything else. 

  • Put two teaspoons in a small glass with a quarter cup of water, mix it up by lightly rotating the cup and drink it. Add a little more water to make sure you get it all.
  • Follow that immediately by drinking at least one full glass of water; two glasses are even better.
  • During Weeks 5 and 9, when you take it three times a day, wait at least 60 minutes before and after consuming any food or drink. Again, waiting several hours, if possible, is ideal.


Brew a cup or pot of Cistus Incanus tea. 

  • Place a tea bag into teacup or mug and pour boiling water in the cup until full. 
  • Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Add a little Stevia to sweeten it and help with the recovery.
  • Wait at least an hour after the Zeolite, before drinking the tea.
  • Along with this morning tea only, take: 1 Nattokinase capsule and 1 Serrapeptase capsule
  • Also take Burbur Pinella drops: 1 dropper full: Weeks 1-5 & 10, 2 droppers full: Weeks 6-9
  • Drink this tea for a total of four times throughout the day.
  • You can also brew a pot of it using four tea bags (one tea bag per cup), and four cups of boiling water. 
  • I discovered that this tea is a diuretic, which means it can cause you to urinate a lot more, so I don’t recommend drinking it too close to bedtime or before a long drive.  


Make a shake/smoothie in the blender for lunch; this could also be done for breakfast or dinner, but I found lunch to be most practical for me. Add:

  • Protein powder. I use Orgain Plant-Based Protein Powder, Creamy Chocolate Fudge flavor.
  • Fruit. I use a half-frozen banana and a half cup of frozen mixed berries from Costco, which includes raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
  • Add these medicinal powders (check quantities for each, for the appropriate week):

- 5 Defenders Mushroom complex powder (weeks 1-10: 1 teaspoon, weeks 11+12: 2 teaspoons)

- Agaricus Blazei mushroom (1 scoop or 2000 mgs)

- Cordyceps mushroom (1 scoop or 1500 mgs)

- 0.5 grams psilocybin: (Weeks 1-2: three times a week, Weeks 3-10: once a week) 


Drink the shake while also taking the “AM” pills and capsules:

  • 1 NAC capsule (weeks 1-10 only) 
  • 2 Curcumin capsules (weeks 1-10 only) 
  • 1 Astragalus root capsule (weeks 1-10 only) 
  • 1 Black Cumin Seed Oil capsule (weeks 1-10 only) 
  • 2 Quercetin capsules (weeks 1-10 only) 
  • 2 Andrographis capsules (weeks 1-10 only) 
  • 2 Nettle Leaf capsules (weeks 1-10 only) 
  • 1 Artemisinin capsule (weeks 5-8 only)
  • 1 Licorice Root capsule (weeks 1-9 only)
  • 1 Liver Cleanse Complex capsule (Milk Thistle)
  • 2 Lion’s Mane capsules
  • 1 Ginseng capsule
  • 2 Ashwagandha capsules
  • 1 Nicotinamide Riboside (NAD+) capsule
  • 1 Pterostilbene capsule
  • 1 Myovite packet
  • 1 Probiotic capsule
  • 1 Alpha-Lipoic Acid capsule
  • 1 CoQ10 capsule


Before or during dinner take the “PM” pills 

  • 1 Black Cumin Seed Oil capsule (weeks 2-9 only) 
  • 2 Quercetin capsules (weeks 2-9 only) 
  • 2 Andrographis capsules (weeks 2-9 only) 
  • 2 Curcumin capsules (weeks 2-9 only) 
  • 1 Artemisinin capsule (weeks 6-8 only)
  • 1 Liver Cleanse Complex capsule (weeks 6-10 only)
  • 1 Ginseng capsule (Weeks 1-10: 1 pill, Weeks 11+12: 2 pills) 
  • 2 Ashwagandha capsules (Weeks 1-10: 2 pills, Weeks 11+12: 4 pills)
  • 2 Lion’s Mane capsules
  • 1 NAC capsule
  • 1 Nicotinamide Riboside (NAD+) capsule
  • 1 Myovite packet


 At least an hour after you last ate, and at least an hour before taking the night-time powders, drink the Zeolite (weeks 4 + 10 only) and the EDTA (weeks 11 + 12 only) 


Shortly before getting ready for bed drink the following either as a shake or mixed in water:

  • Platycodon powder (Week 5 & 9: ½ teaspoon, weeks 6-8: 1 teaspoon)
  • Black Walnut Hull powder (Week 5 & 9: 1 teaspoon, weeks 6-8: 2 teaspoons)
  • Gum Benzoin powder (Week 5 & 9: 1 teaspoon, weeks 6-8: 2 teaspoons)


Right before going to bed each night take: 

  • 2 (3 mg) Melatonin pills
  • 1 (500 mg) Tryptophan capsule


Notes on Psilocybin:
Get the psilocybin in powder form or grind it up in a coffee grinder. Take 0.5 grams or one pinch of the powder – what fits in-between your thumb and finger (make sure fingers and thumb are completely dry to avoid too much sticking to your fingers) and place that in the blender.

Since the dose of psilocybin is so small it can be taken at almost any time. I found it best to be in nature and/or while meditating or writing.

If you have significant brain fog, depression and/or anxiety, or feel like there’s still some minor injury to your brain, you probably want to keep taking it for three days in a row (three days on, four days off) for longer than the first two weeks, and then follow that with the once-a-week regimen.


Note: Many countries including the USA have archaic laws making possession and use of psilocybin illegal. While these laws are slowly changing as the astounding medicinal benefits of psilocybin are being discovered and research studies are proving, it’s important to be aware of the laws in your country, city, and region.
